These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Lariok marketplace platform (“Lariok”, “Marketplace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), available at lariok.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of the Service

Lariok is a technology platform that enables users to list, offer, buy, and sell goods or services. Lariok is not a party to any transaction between users and does not act as a seller, buyer, broker, agent, or insurer.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

3. User Responsibilities

All transactions conducted through the Platform are solely between users.

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of listings, as well as fulfillment of all obligations.
  • Buyers are solely responsible for making payments and complying with agreed transaction terms.

4. No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lariok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Lariok’s total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

6. User Content and Communications

Lariok does not monitor or control user-generated content or communications and disclaims all responsibility for such content.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings
  • Engage in harassment or abusive behavior

8. Termination

Lariok reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lariok and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

12. Modifications

Lariok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lariok regarding the use of the Platform.
